Improvement Specialist I

The Improvement Specialist I is a practitioner of improvement science and operational excellence-driving sustainable change through process redesign, data-informed problem solving, and team-based engagement. The Improvement Specialist I supports the advancement of Centralus Health's Performance Achievement System (PAS) through consistent use of PAS tools, routines, and governance structures. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Project Management & Operational Excellence, this role partners closely with the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Administration Officer, and Chief Operation Officers (COO) and other operational leaders to advance Centralus Health's operational improvement and financial performance portfolio.

The Specialist supports enterprise and entity-level initiatives that enhance reliability, eliminate waste, and embed a culture of daily continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
