Job Summary The Workday Finance Analyst serves as the primary ERP resource supporting Centralus Health's Workday Finance and Supply Chain modules, with a focus on system stabilization, optimization, and ongoing development. This role partners closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll teams to ensure the ERP platform meets operational needs, supports strategic goals, and is configured for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The analyst will embed within operational teams to build strong working relationships, identify and resolve system issues, and drive continuous improvement through configuration analysis, business process optimization, and user enablement.
Job Functions (5-10)
- Serve as the primary system administrator for Workday Finance including Financial Data Model (FDM), banking, accounts payable, settlements, procurement, and inventory/materials management (*)
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll stakeholders to align Workday functionality with operational needs and organizational goals (*)
- Identify and resolve configuration, business process, and training gaps, ensuring stabilization of Finance and Supply Chain modules (*)
- Manage integrations between Workday and Epic (resolving revenue cycle and cost data flows) and other third-party applications. (*)
- Lead optimization efforts, including process improvements, configuration enhancements, and cross-functional opportunities (*)
- Support Workday release management activities, including planning, testing, and deployment of new features and updates (*)
- Manage and resolve Workday support cases, coordinating with vendors and internal teams as needed (*)
- Partner with Finance leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning through effective system utilization. (*)
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards across all supported modules (*)
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements based on usage trends and stakeholder feedback

- Build strong, trust-based relationships with Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll teams, becoming a go-to partner for ERP solutions
- Translate complex Workday configurations and processes into clear, actionable information for non-technical users
- Approach problem-solving with both technical expertise and operational empathy to deliver user-friendly solutions
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on long-term objectives
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement, identifying ways to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
Education / Experience Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 3+ years of Workday experience
- Experience supporting or administering ERP systems, with direct experience in Workday Financials and Supply Chain
Preferred:
- Workday Pro Procure to Pay Certification or equivalent credit-based courses
- Experience with Workday Payroll
- Experience in a healthcare or similarly complex environment
- Advanced skills in Workday reporting and analytics
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position and work at a computer for extended periods to complete job tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Occasional movement within the office or between work locations may be required for meetings, training, or system support
- Ability to move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to remain at a workstation and move around the workspace as needed to complete job tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
